Privacy Policy

1. Data controller
Associació Cave Cavet, tax ID G21976923, registered at C/ Sant Plàcid, 18-20, 43850 Cambrils (Spain). Contact: admin@cavecavet.org

2. Purposes of the processing
The personal data you provide is used only for the purpose for which you send it:
— Contact form (name, email address, phone and message): to answer your enquiries, requests or requests for information about the Association's activities.
— "I want to receive information" form (name, email address, preferred language and chosen topics): to email you the Association's news on the topics you have ticked (events, news).
It is not used for commercial purposes, it is not sold or passed on, and you will only receive information on the topics you have chosen.

3. Legal basis
The legal basis is your consent: by sending the contact form, or by ticking the acceptance box of the "I want to receive information" form (which is never pre-ticked, and neither are the topics). You can withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the processing carried out before. We do not send information to anyone who has not asked for it: being among our contacts or on the members' list is not a permission.

4. Data retention
Contact: data is kept only for the time needed to handle your enquiry and, once it is resolved, until you ask for its deletion, without prejudice to any retention periods required by law.
Information by email: until you unsubscribe. While your request is pending confirmation you will not receive any mailing. When you unsubscribe we stop writing to you and keep only your email address and the record of your consent and unsubscription (date, topics, channel and version of the text accepted), so that we can show we had your permission and do not write to you again by mistake. If you prefer, you can ask us to delete all your data, record included.
We do not store IP addresses or any other technical data about the request.

5. Recipients
Data is not passed on to third parties, except where legally required. The technical service providers we use to host the website and to manage and send email (Cloudflare and Zoho, the latter with servers in the European Union) may have access to it only as data processors, under the safeguards required by law, including where any processing takes place outside the European Economic Area.

6. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by emailing admin@cavecavet.org, stating the right you wish to exercise and attaching proof of your identity. To stop receiving information you do not need to prove anything: do it at cavecavet.org/baixa, or by replying to any of our messages. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if you consider that the processing does not comply with the regulations.

7. Security measures
Associació Cave Cavet applies reasonable technical and organisational measures to keep personal data secure and to prevent its alteration, loss or unauthorised access.

8. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated to reflect legislative changes. We recommend reviewing it periodically.
